James Clarke named Honorary Consul to the United Kingdom in Utah

The Labor and Honor Foundation’s Chair and Co-Founder James N. Clarke has been named as the Honorary Consul to the United Kingdom in Utah. His appointment was celebrated with a ceremony at the Utah State Capitol on August 5th, 2024.
